Learning a foreign language is not only about studying it, but also about being able to use it in everyday situations. Parlingua’s main goal is to create an effective and communicative atmosphere in French and Polish so that our learners feel confident in a real life situation.

Approach

We are proud of our conversational and communicative approach based on developing the four primary skills while learning a foreign language:

• Listening / oral comprehension
• Speaking
• Reading
• Writing

However, we do not forget about other aspects of French and Polish which concentrate on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.

Resources

We apply a range of various resources and activities: role play, props, audio/visual, demonstration – actions, gesture, contrast, explanation, translation, discovery techniques (encouraging students to work out the meaning of the new words) and dictionary!

Requirements

In other words a Parlingua aspires to adopt teaching processes to the individual needs and requirements of clients – tailor-made programme.

Learners do not have to worry about any teaching materials as we provide all the necessary resources. Students can also follow a course book if preferred.
